FAQ

How do I reach the doctor after hours?

24 hour answering is available to all patients for non-emergent calls at 512-321-1089. Remember, medications refills including pain medications will not be refilled over the phone. A nominal service fee will be applied to your account for all over the phone consultations. We also offer on-line consultations for a nominal fee.

Can I call into the office to get my lab results?

We believe in providing you with one on one time regarding important feedback with your lab result and allowing you the time to ask the questions you need answered. Please schedule a follow up appointment for your lab results.

Can prescriptions be refilled over the phone?

Due to the importance of providing proper information and dosages we will not allow prescriptions to be filled over the telephone. Please schedule an appointment to have your medications reviewed by the doctor.

What do I bring for my office visit?

You should ALWAYS bring your bottles of medications, your insurance information, and a photo ID.
